Hebrews 7:24-26
New Living Translation

24 But because Jesus lives forever, his priesthood lasts forever. 25 Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save[a] those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.

26 He is the kind of high priest we need because he is holy and blameless, unstained by sin. He has been set apart from sinners and has been given the highest place of honor in heaven.[b]

New International Version

24 but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood.(A) 25 Therefore he is able to save(B) completely[a] those who come to God(C) through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.(D)

26 Such a high priest(E) truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners,(F) exalted above the heavens.(G)
