4 having the golden (A)altar of incense and (B)the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was (C)a golden urn holding the manna, and (D)Aaron's staff that budded, and (E)the tablets of the covenant. 5 Above it were (F)the cherubim of glory overshadowing (G)the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail.
6 These preparations having thus been made, (H)the priests go regularly into the first section, performing their ritual duties,

4 which had the golden altar of incense(A) and the gold-covered ark of the covenant.(B) This ark contained the gold jar of manna,(C) Aaron’s staff that had budded,(D) and the stone tablets of the covenant.(E) 5 Above the ark were the cherubim of the Glory,(F) overshadowing the atonement cover.(G) But we cannot discuss these things in detail now.
6 When everything had been arranged like this, the priests entered regularly(H) into the outer room to carry on their ministry.
