5 On that day I will (A)break the bow of Israel in the (B)valley of Jezreel.”
6 Then she conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. And [a]the Lord said to him, “Name her [b]Lo-ruhamah, for I will no longer (C)have compassion on the house of Israel, that I would ever forgive them. 7 But I will have (D)compassion on the house of Judah and (E)deliver them by the Lord their God, and will not deliver them by (F)bow, sword, battle, horses or horsemen.”

6 Gomer(B) conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the Lord said to Hosea, “Call her Lo-Ruhamah (which means “not loved”),(C) for I will no longer show love to Israel,(D) that I should at all forgive them. 7 Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them—not by bow,(E) sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the Lord their God,(F) will save them.”
