Ang Pulong Sang Dios
Paandam Batok sa Pagpanginbabayi
5 Anak, pamatii sing maayo ang akon mga pulong nga may kaalam, 2 agod makahibalo ka magdesisyon sing husto kag maghambal nga may kaalam. 3 Dumdumon mo nga ang pulong sang malain nga babayi matam-is pareho sa dugos, kag manami pareho sa lana sang olibo. 4 Pero sa ulihi ang ibilin niya sa imo kapait kag kasakit. 5 Kon magsunod ka sa iya, dal-on niya ikaw sa lugar sang mga patay; ang dalan nga iya ginalaktan nagapakadto sa kamatayon. 6 Wala siya nagasapak sa dalan nga nagapakadto sa kabuhi. Indi tadlong ang iya ginalaktan kag wala siya makatalupangod sini.
7 Gani mga anak, pamatii ninyo ako kag tumana. 8 Palayo kamo sa babayi nga pareho sina. Indi kamo magpalapit sa iya balay. 9 Kay kon himuon ninyo ina, madula ang inyo dungog kag angkunon lang ini sang iban, kag mapatay kamo sa kamot sang mga tawo nga mapintas.[a] 10 Kag ang tanan ninyo nga manggad kag iban pa nga ginpangabudlayan kuhaon lang sang mga taga-iban nga lugar. 11 Magaugayong kamo kon nagahimumugto na kamo, nga hugos na gid ang bug-os ninyo nga lawas. 12 Kag magasiling kamo, “Ano abi kay wala ko ginsapak ang mga pagtadlong sa akon pamatasan. 13 Wala ako mamati sa akon mga manunudlo. 14 Gani karon, ari ako sa bibi sang kamatayon sa atubangan sang katilingban.”
15 Dapat sa imo ka lang asawa maghulid. Kon sa tubig pa, magkuha ka lang sang imo ilimnon sa imo kaugalingon nga bubon. 16 Kay basi kon magluib man ang imo asawa.[b] 17 Dapat imo lang siya; indi siya dapat maghulid sa iban nga lalaki. 18 Magkalipay ka sa imo asawa, kag kabay pa nga pakamaayuhon siya sang Dios. 19 Matahom siya kag maanyag pareho sa usa, gani kabay pa nga mawili ka sa iya[c] permi kag mabihag sa iya gugma.
20 Anak, indi ka magpadala-dala sa malain nga babayi. Indi ka dapat magpakigrelasyon sa asawa sang iban. 21 Kay nakita sang Ginoo ang tanan mo nga ginahimo; kag bisan diin ka magkadto nagatan-aw siya. 22 Ang malaot nga mga ginahimo sang malaot nga tawo pareho sa siod nga magasiod mismo sa iya. 23 Magatalang siya tungod sang iya kabuangan, kag mapatay siya tungod kay indi siya magpatadlong sang iya pamatasan.

5 My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:
2 That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.
3 For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:
4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.
5 Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.
6 Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them.
7 Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.
8 Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:
9 Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:
10 Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;
11 And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,
12 And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;
13 And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!
14 I was almost in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.
15 Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
16 Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets.
17 Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.
18 Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.
20 And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
21 For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and he pondereth all his goings.
22 His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.
23 He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
