²⁴ Therefore the Lord ^[a]God of hosts,
The ^(A)Mighty One of Israel, declares,
“Ah, I will be relieved of My adversaries
And ^(B)avenge Myself on My foes.

¹⁶ “You will also ^(A)suck the milk of nations
And suck the breast of kings;
Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your ^(B)Savior
And your ^(C)Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

¹⁵ The Lord has taken away ^(A)His judgments against you,
He has cleared away your enemies.
The King of Israel, the Lord, is ^(B)in your midst;
You will ^(C)fear disaster no more.
^16 (D)In that day it will be said to Jerusalem:
“^(E)Do not be afraid, O Zion;
^(F)Do not let your hands fall limp.
¹⁷ “The Lord your God is ^(G)in your midst,
A ^[a](H)victorious warrior.
He will ^(I)exult over you with joy,
He will ^[b]be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.
