⁴ But with ^(A)righteousness He will judge the ^(B)poor,
And decide with fairness for the ^(C)humble of the earth;
And He will strike the earth with the ^(D)rod of His mouth,
And with the ^(E)breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.

¹⁹ The ^(A)afflicted also will increase their joy in the Lord,
And the ^(B)needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

⁷ As for a rogue, his weapons are evil;
He ^(A)devises wicked schemes
To ^(B)destroy the poor with ^[a]slander,
^(C)Even though the needy one speaks ^[b]what is right.
