9 They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain. For the earth will be as full of much learning from the Lord as the seas are full of water.
The People of Israel and Judah Return
10 In that day the nations will turn to the One from the family of Jesse. He will be honored by the people as someone special to see. And His place of rest will be full of His shining-greatness. 11 In that day the Lord will put out His hand a second time to bring back His people who are left. He will bring them back from Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

9 They will neither harm nor destroy(A)
on all my holy mountain,(B)
for the earth(C) will be filled with the knowledge(D) of the Lord
as the waters cover the sea.
10 In that day(E) the Root of Jesse(F) will stand as a banner(G) for the peoples; the nations(H) will rally to him,(I) and his resting place(J) will be glorious.(K) 11 In that day(L) the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant(M) of his people from Assyria,(N) from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt,(O) from Cush,[a](P) from Elam,(Q) from Babylonia,[b] from Hamath(R) and from the islands(S) of the Mediterranean.(T)
