23 And I shall set that Babylon into possession of an urchin, and into marishes of waters; and I shall sweep it with a besom, and I shall stamp (it), saith the Lord of hosts.     and into swampland;

24 The Lord Almighty has sworn,(D)

“Surely, as I have planned,(E) so it will be,
    and as I have purposed, so it will happen.(F)
25 I will crush the Assyrian(G) in my land;
    on my mountains I will trample him down.
His yoke(H) will be taken from my people,
    and his burden removed from their shoulders.(I)
