Isaiah 15:8-9
Good News Translation

8 Everywhere at Moab's borders the sound of crying is heard. It is heard at the towns of Eglaim and Beerelim. 9 At the town of Dibon the river is red with blood, and God has something even worse in store for the people there. Yes, there will be a bloody slaughter of everyone left in Moab.

New International Version

8 Their outcry echoes along the border of Moab;
    their wailing reaches as far as Eglaim,
    their lamentation as far as Beer(A) Elim.
9 The waters of Dimon[a] are full of blood,
    but I will bring still more upon Dimon[b]—
a lion(B) upon the fugitives of Moab(C)
    and upon those who remain in the land.
