Isaiah 17:8-10
International Standard Version
8 They will not look upon[a] the altars, the products[b] that their own fingers[c] have made, and they will have no regard for Asherah poles[d] or incense altars.[e]
Desolation to the Nations
9 “At that time,[f] their fortified cities
that they abandoned because of the Israelis
will be like desolate places[g] of the forests and hilltops—[h]
there will be desolation.
10 For you have forgotten the God of your salvation
and have not remembered the Rock
that is your strength.
Therefore even though you plant delightful plants,
sowing them with imported vine-seedlings,

Isaiah 17:8-10
New International Version
8 They will not look to the altars,(A)
the work of their hands,(B)
and they will have no regard for the Asherah poles[a](C)
and the incense altars their fingers(D) have made.
9 In that day their strong cities, which they left because of the Israelites, will be like places abandoned to thickets and undergrowth.(E) And all will be desolation.
