17 Just mentioning the land of Y’hudah to the Egyptians will throw them into panic; they will be afraid because of what Adonai-Tzva’ot has planned for them.
18 On that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Kena‘an and swear loyalty to Adonai-Tzva’ot; one of them will be called the City of Destruction.*
19 On that day there will be an altar to Adonai in the middle of the land of Egypt, as well as a standing-stone for Adonai at its border.

New International Version
17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified,(A) because of what the Lord Almighty is planning(B) against them.
18 In that day(C) five cities(D) in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance(E) to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a](F)
19 In that day(G) there will be an altar(H) to the Lord in the heart of Egypt,(I) and a monument(J) to the Lord at its border.
