International Standard Version
21 So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and the Egyptians will acknowledge the Lord.
At that time,[a] they will worship[b] with sacrifices and offerings, and they will make vows to the Lord and carry them out. 22 The Lord will strike Egypt with a plague, striking but then healing. Then they will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them.
23 At that time,[c] there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will come into Egypt, and the Egyptians into Assyria, and they[d] will worship with the Assyrians.

21 So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will acknowledge(A) the Lord. They will worship(B) with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and keep them.(C) 22 The Lord will strike(D) Egypt with a plague;(E) he will strike them and heal them. They will turn(F) to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal(G) them.
23 In that day(H) there will be a highway(I) from Egypt to Assyria.(J) The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship(K) together.
