Isaiah 21:9-11
New Life Version
9 Now see, here comes an army of men riding on horses, two by two.” One answered and said, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon. All the objects of her gods are broken to pieces on the ground.” 10 O my people of Israel, you were beaten and crushed like grain! What I have heard from the Lord of All, the God of Israel, I make known to you.

11 The special word about Edom: One is calling to me from Seir, “Watchman, what is the time of night? Watchman, what is the time of night?”

New International Version
9 Look, here comes a man in a chariot(A)
with a team of horses.
And he gives back the answer:
‘Babylon(B) has fallen,(C) has fallen!
All the images of its gods(D)
lie shattered(E) on the ground!’”
10 My people who are crushed on the threshing floor,(F)
I tell you what I have heard
from the Lord Almighty,
from the God of Israel.

Someone calls to me from Seir,(H)
“Watchman, what is left of the night?
