Isaiah 23:7-9
New American Standard Bible 1995
7 Is this your (A)jubilant city,
Whose origin is from antiquity,
Whose feet used to carry her to [a]colonize distant places?
8 Who has planned this against Tyre, (B)the bestower of crowns,
Whose merchants were princes, whose traders were the honored of the earth?
9 (C)The Lord of hosts has planned it, to (D)defile the pride of all beauty,
To despise all the (E)honored of the earth.
