3 Therefore shall a strong people glorify thee; a city of terrible nations shall fear thee. 4 For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. 5 As the heat in a dry place wilt thou bring down the noise of strangers; as the heat by the shade of a cloud, the song of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

Isaiah 25:3-5
New International Version
3 Therefore strong peoples will honor you;(A)
cities of ruthless(B) nations will revere you.
4 You have been a refuge(C) for the poor,(D)
a refuge for the needy(E) in their distress,
a shelter from the storm(F)
and a shade from the heat.
For the breath of the ruthless(G)
is like a storm driving against a wall
5 and like the heat of the desert.
You silence(H) the uproar of foreigners;(I)
as heat is reduced by the shadow of a cloud,
so the song of the ruthless(J) is stilled.
