18 “Your (A)covenant with death will be [a](B)canceled,
And your pact with Sheol will not stand;
When the (C)overwhelming scourge passes through,
Then you become its (D)trampling place.
19 “As (E)often as it passes through, it will [b]seize you;
For (F)morning after morning it will pass through, anytime during the day or night,
And it will be [c]sheer (G)terror to understand [d]what it means.”
20 The bed is too short on which to stretch out,
And the (H)blanket is too [e]small to wrap oneself in.

The understanding of this message
    will bring sheer terror.(F)
20 The bed is too short to stretch out on,
    the blanket too narrow to wrap around you.(G)
