10 For the Lord has poured out upon you a spirit of deep sleep. He has closed the eyes of your prophets and seers, 11 so all of these future events are a sealed book to them. When you give it to one who can read, he says, “I can’t, for it’s sealed.” 12 When you give it to another, he says, “Sorry, I can’t read.”

10 The Lord has brought over you a deep sleep:(A)
He has sealed your eyes(B) (the prophets);(C)
he has covered your heads (the seers).(D)
11 For you this whole vision(E) is nothing but words sealed(F) in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say, “Read this, please,” they will answer, “I can’t; it is sealed.” 12 Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, “Read this, please,” they will answer, “I don’t know how to read.”
