“Jacob ^(B)shall not now be ashamed, nor shall his face now turn pale;

² “Look to ^(A)Abraham your father
And to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain;
When he ^(B)was but one I called him,
Then I blessed him and multiplied him.”

¹⁶ For You are our ^(A)Father, though ^(B)Abraham does not know us
And Israel does not recognize us.
You, O Lord, are our Father,
