Isaiah 29:4-6
American Standard Version

4 And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust; and thy voice shall be as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall [a]whisper out of the dust.

5 But the multitude of thy [b]foes shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be in an instant suddenly. 6 [c]She shall be visited of Jehovah of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with whirlwind and tempest, and the flame of a devouring fire.

4 Brought low, you will speak from the ground;
    your speech will mumble(A) out of the dust.(B)
Your voice will come ghostlike(C) from the earth;
    out of the dust your speech will whisper.(D)

5 But your many enemies will become like fine dust,(E)
    the ruthless(F) hordes like blown chaff.(G)
Suddenly,(H) in an instant,
6     the Lord Almighty will come(I)
with thunder(J) and earthquake(K) and great noise,
    with windstorm and tempest(L) and flames of a devouring fire.(M)
