¹¹ The entire vision will be to you like the words of a sealed ^[a](E)book, which when they give it to the one who ^[b]is literate, saying, “Please read this,” he will say, “I cannot, for it is sealed.” ¹² Then the ^[c]book will be given to the one who ^[d]is illiterate, saying, “Please read this.” And he will say, “I ^[e]cannot read.”

¹³ Then the Lord said,

False Prophets

¹³ But, “Ah, Lord ^[a]God!” I said, “Look, the prophets are telling them, ‘You ^(A)will not see the sword nor will you have famine, but I will give you ^[b]lasting ^(B)peace in this place.’” ¹⁴ Then the Lord said to me, “The ^(C)prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. ^(D)I have neither sent them nor commanded them nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a ^(E)false vision, divination, futility and the deception of their own ^[c]minds.
