⁴The fearful heart will know and understand,^(A)
and the stammering tongue^(B) will be fluent and clear.

⁴The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

¹⁹You will see those arrogant people^(A) no more,
people whose speech is obscure,
whose language is strange and incomprehensible.^(B)
