Isaiah 33:19

¹⁹^(A)You will not see a fierce people,
^(B)A people of obscure speech, beyond perception,
Of a ^[a]stammering tongue that you cannot understand.

¹⁹You will see those arrogant people^(A) no more,
people whose speech is obscure,
whose language is strange and incomprehensible.^(B)

I will speak to this people;
And yet, for all that, they will not hear Me,”
