Isaiah 33:3-5
Living Bible

3 The enemy runs at the sound of your voice. When you stand up, the nations flee. 4 Just as locusts strip the fields and vines, so Jerusalem will strip the fallen army of Assyria![a]

5 The Lord is very great and lives in heaven. He will make Jerusalem the home of justice and goodness and righteousness.

New International Version

3 At the uproar of your army,(A) the peoples flee;(B)
    when you rise up,(C) the nations scatter.
4 Your plunder,(D) O nations, is harvested(E) as by young locusts;(F)
    like a swarm of locusts people pounce on it.

5 The Lord is exalted,(G) for he dwells on high;(H)
    he will fill Zion with his justice(I) and righteousness.(J)
