the parched ground will become a pool,
and the thirsty land, springs.(A)
In the haunt of jackals,(B) in their lairs,
there will be grass, reeds, and papyrus.
A road will be there and a way;(C)
it will be called the Holy Way.(D)
The unclean will not travel on it,(E)
but it will be for the one who walks the path.(F)
Fools will not wander on it.
There will be no lion there,
and no vicious beast will go up on it;
they will not be found there.
But the redeemed will walk on it,

    grass and reeds(D) and papyrus will grow.

And a highway(E) will be there;
    it will be called the Way of Holiness;(F)
    it will be for those who walk on that Way.
The unclean(G) will not journey on it;
    wicked fools will not go about on it.
No lion(H) will be there,
    nor any ravenous beast;(I)
    they will not be found there.
But only the redeemed(J) will walk there,
