Isaiah 4:3-5
International Standard Version
3 Whoever[a] survives in Zion and whoever remains in Jerusalem will be called holy—everyone who has been appointed to survive in Jerusalem— 4 when the Lord will have washed away the filth of the women[b] of Zion, cleaning up Jerusalem’s guilt[c] by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of tempest.[d] 5 Then the Lord will create over the entire site of Mount Zion—including over those who assemble there—a cloud by day[e]

New International Version
3 Those who are left in Zion,(A) who remain(B) in Jerusalem, will be called holy,(C) all who are recorded(D) among the living in Jerusalem. 4 The Lord will wash away the filth(E) of the women of Zion;(F) he will cleanse(G) the bloodstains(H) from Jerusalem by a spirit[a] of judgment(I) and a spirit[b] of fire.(J) 5 Then the Lord will create(K) over all of Mount Zion(L) and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night;(M) over everything the glory[c](N) will be a canopy.(O)
