⁴ He will not grow faint or be discouraged^[a]
    till he has established justice in the earth;
    and ^(A)the coastlands wait for his law.

⁹ For ^(A)the coastlands shall hope for me,
    ^(B)the ships of Tarshish first,
^(C)to bring your children from afar,
    their silver and gold with them,
for the name of the Lord your God,
    and for the Holy One of Israel,
    because ^(D)he has made you beautiful.

³     and ^(A)many peoples shall come, and say:
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
    to the house of the God of Jacob,
that he may teach us his ways
    and that we may walk in his paths.”
For ^(B)out of Zion shall go forth the law,^[a]
    and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

^{21     (A)}and in his name the Gentiles will hope.”
