³⁰ In that day they will roar against them
Like the roaring of the sea.
And if one ^(A)looks to the land,
Behold, darkness and ^[a]sorrow;
And the light is darkened by the clouds.

^3 (A)I clothe the heavens with blackness,
^(B)And I make sackcloth their covering.”

^31 (A)The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
^(B)Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
