Isaiah 50:3-5
New Life Version

3 I clothe the heavens with darkness. I make cloth made from hair its covering.”

4 The Lord God has given Me the tongue of those who follow Him, that I may know how to give strength when I speak to one who is tired. He wakes Me up morning by morning. He wakes up My ear to listen as a follower. 5 The Lord God has opened My ear, and I obeyed Him. I did not turn back.

4 The Sovereign Lord(C) has given me a well-instructed tongue,(D)
    to know the word that sustains the weary.(E)
He wakens me morning by morning,(F)
    wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.(G)
5 The Sovereign Lord(H) has opened my ears;(I)
    I have not been rebellious,(J)
    I have not turned away.
