7 For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.(A)
8 He is near Who declares Me in the right. Who will contend with Me? Let us stand forth together! Who is My adversary? Let him come near to Me.(B)
9 Behold, the Lord God will help Me; who is he who will condemn Me? Behold, they all will wax old and be worn out as a garment; the moth will eat them up.(C)

7 Because the Sovereign Lord(A) helps(B) me,
I will not be disgraced.
Therefore have I set my face like flint,(C)
and I know I will not be put to shame.(D)
8 He who vindicates(E) me is near.(F)
Who then will bring charges against me?(G)
Let us face each other!(H)
Who is my accuser?
Let him confront me!
9 It is the Sovereign Lord(I) who helps(J) me.
Who will condemn(K) me?
They will all wear out like a garment;
the moths(L) will eat them up.
