¹² “I, even I, am He ^(A)who comforts you.
Who are you that you should be afraid
^(B)Of a man who will die,
And of the son of a man who will be made ^(C)like grass?

¹¹ “And ^(A)of whom have you been afraid, or feared,
That you have lied
And not remembered Me,
Nor taken it to your heart?
Is it not because ^(B)I have ^[a]held My peace from of old
That you do not fear Me?

¹⁷ “Therefore ^(A)prepare yourself and arise,
And speak to them all that I command you.
^(B)Do not be dismayed before their faces,
Lest I dismay you before them.
