²¹ Then all your people will be righteous;^(A)
they will possess the land forever;^(B)
they are the branch I planted,
the work of My^[a] hands,
so that I may be glorified.^(C)

³ to provide for those who mourn in Zion;
to give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,
festive oil instead of mourning,^(A)
and splendid clothes instead of despair.^[a]
And they will be called righteous trees,
planted by the Lord
to glorify Him.^(B)
