¹¹ Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the ^(A)end of the earth,
^(B)Say to the daughter of Zion, “Lo, your ^(C)salvation comes;
^(D)Behold His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.”

¹⁰ Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
And declare in the ^(A)coastlands afar off,
And say, “He who scattered Israel will ^(B)gather him
And keep him as a ^(C)shepherd keeps his flock.”
