Isaiah 65:12-14
New American Standard Bible 1995
12 I will destine you for the (A)sword,
And all of you will bow down to the (B)slaughter.
Because I called, but you (C)did not answer;
I spoke, but you did not hear.
And you did evil in My sight
And chose that in which I did not delight.”
13 Therefore, thus says the Lord [a]God,
“Behold, My servants will (D)eat, but you will be (E)hungry.
Behold, My servants will (F)drink, but you will be (G)thirsty.
Behold, My servants will (H)rejoice, but you will be (I)put to shame.
14 “Behold, My servants will (J)shout joyfully with a glad heart,
But you will (K)cry out with a [b]heavy heart,
And you will wail with a broken spirit.
