Isaiah 7:15-17

15 He will feed on curds and honey
by the time he learns to reject the bad
and choose the good.
16 Before that child has learned
to reject the bad and choose the good,
deserted will be the lands
of those two kings whom you dread.
17 The Lord will inflict on you,
and on your people and your father’s house,
days far worse than any that have been seen
since Ephraim[a] broke away from Judah—
you will become subjects of the king of Assyria.

15 He will be eating curds(A) and honey(B) when he knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right, 16 for before the boy knows(C) enough to reject the wrong and choose the right,(D) the land of the two kings you dread will be laid waste.(E) 17 The Lord will bring on you and on your people and on the house of your father a time unlike any since Ephraim broke away(F) from Judah—he will bring the king of Assyria.(G)”
