¹⁷ Yahweh will bring on you, on your people, and on your father’s house days which have never come since the day that ^(A)Ephraim separated from Judah—the ^(B)king of Assyria!”

^7 (A)I said, ‘After she has done all these things, she will return to Me’; but she did not return, and her ^(B)treacherous sister Judah saw it. ⁸ And I saw that for all the adulteries of faithless Israel, I had sent her away and ^(C)given her a certificate of divorce, yet her ^(D)treacherous sister Judah did not fear; but she went and was a harlot also.

¹⁰ Yet in spite of all this, her treacherous sister Judah did not return to Me with all her heart, but rather in ^(A)lying,” declares Yahweh.

^18 (A)In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together ^(B)from the land of the north to the ^(C)land that I gave your fathers as an inheritance.

²⁶ then I would ^(A)reject the seed of Jacob and David My servant, ^[a]not taking from his seed ^(B)rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But I will ^[b](C)return their ^[c]fortunes and will have ^(D)compassion on them.’”

²² and I will make them ^(A)one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and ^(B)one king will be king for all of them; and they will no longer be two nations and no longer be divided into two kingdoms.
