⁹ No ^(A)lion will be there,
Nor will any vicious animal go up on it;
^[a]They will not be found there.
But ^(B)the redeemed will walk there,

¹⁸ On that day I will also make a covenant for them
With the ^(A)animals of the field,
The birds of the sky,
And the crawling things of the ground.
And I will ^[a](B)eliminate the bow, the sword, and war from the land,
And will let them ^(C)lie down in safety.
