15 Indeed, I am about to summon all the clans and kingdoms of the north.”(A)
This is the Lord’s declaration.
They will come, and each king will set up his throne
at the entrance to Jerusalem’s gates.
They will attack all her surrounding walls
and all the other cities of Judah.
16 “I will pronounce My judgments against them for all the evil they did when they abandoned Me to burn incense to other gods and to worship the works of their own hands.(B)
17 “Now, get ready. Stand up and tell them everything that I command you. Do not be intimidated by them(C) or I will cause you to cower before them.

15 I am about to summon all the peoples of the northern kingdoms,” declares the Lord.
“Their kings will come and set up their thrones
in the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem;
they will come against all her surrounding walls
and against all the towns of Judah.(A)
16 I will pronounce my judgments(B) on my people
because of their wickedness(C) in forsaking me,(D)
in burning incense to other gods(E)
and in worshiping(F) what their hands have made.(G)
17 “Get yourself ready! Stand up and say(H) to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified(I) by them, or I will terrify you before them.
