15 For behold, I am (A)calling
All the families of the kingdoms of the north,” says the Lord;
“They shall come and (B)each one set his throne
At the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem,
Against all its walls all around,
And against all the cities of Judah.
16 I will utter My judgments
Against them concerning all their wickedness,
Because (C)they have forsaken Me,
Burned (D)incense to other gods,
And worshiped the works of their own (E)hands.
17 “Therefore (F)prepare yourself and arise,
And speak to them all that I command you.
(G)Do not be dismayed before their faces,
Lest I dismay you before them.

15 I am about to summon all the peoples of the northern kingdoms,” declares the Lord.
“Their kings will come and set up their thrones
in the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem;
they will come against all her surrounding walls
and against all the towns of Judah.(A)
16 I will pronounce my judgments(B) on my people
because of their wickedness(C) in forsaking me,(D)
in burning incense to other gods(E)
and in worshiping(F) what their hands have made.(G)
17 “Get yourself ready! Stand up and say(H) to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified(I) by them, or I will terrify you before them.
