¹⁹Woe is me because of my hurt!

But I said, “Truly this is an affliction,
and I must bear it.”

New International Version

¹⁹Woe to me because of my injury!
My wound^(A) is incurable!
Yet I said to myself,
“This is my sickness, and I must endure^(B) it.”

⁹^(A)For her wound is incurable,
and it has come to Judah;
it has reached to the gate of my people,
to Jerusalem.

⁹For Samaria’s plague^(A) is incurable;^(B)
it has spread to Judah.^(C)
It has reached the very gate^(D) of my people,
even to Jerusalem itself.
