9 Beaten (A)silver is brought from (B)Tarshish,
And (C)gold from Uphaz,
The work of a craftsman and of the hands of a goldsmith;
Blue and purple are their clothing;
They are all the (D)work of wise craftsmen.
10 But Yahweh is the (E)true God;
He is the (F)living God and the (G)everlasting King.
At His wrath the (H)earth quakes,
And the nations cannot (I)endure His indignation.
11 [a]Thus you shall say to them, “The (J)gods that did not make the heavens and the earth will (K)perish from the earth and from under [b]the heavens.”

9 Hammered silver is brought from Tarshish(A)
and gold from Uphaz.
What the craftsman and goldsmith have made(B)
is then dressed in blue and purple—
all made by skilled workers.
10 But the Lord is the true God;
he is the living God,(C) the eternal King.(D)
When he is angry,(E) the earth trembles;(F)
the nations cannot endure his wrath.(G)
11 “Tell them this: ‘These gods, who did not make the heavens and the earth, will perish(H) from the earth and from under the heavens.’”[a]
