Jeremiah 12:15-17

¹⁵ And then^[a] after my driving them out, I will once again have compassion on them, and I will bring them back, each one to his inheritance, and each one to his land. ¹⁶ And then,^[b] if they diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, ‘as Yahweh lives,’^[c] even as they taught my people to swear by Baal, then they will live in the midst of my people. ¹⁷ But if they do not listen, then I will completely uproot and destroy that nation.”^[d] declares^[e] Yahweh.
