¹⁴ Then the Lord said to me, “The ^(A)prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. ^(B)I have neither sent them nor commanded them nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a ^(C)false vision, divination, futility and the deception of their own ^[a]minds.

³ Thus says the Lord ^[a]God, “Woe to the ^(A)foolish prophets who are following their own spirit and have ^(B)seen nothing.

⁶ They see ^[a](A)falsehood and lying divination who are saying, ‘The Lord declares,’ when the Lord has not sent them; ^(B)yet they hope for the fulfillment of their word.
