11 then you shall say to them: ‘Because your fathers have forsaken me, says the Lord, and have gone after other gods and have served and worshiped them, and have forsaken me and have not kept my law, 12 and because you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, every one of you follows his stubborn evil will, refusing to listen to me; 13 therefore I will hurl you out of this land into a land which neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods day and night, for I will show you no favor.’

11 then say to them, ‘It is because your ancestors forsook me,’ declares the Lord, ‘and followed other gods and served and worshiped(A) them. They forsook me and did not keep my law.(B) 12 But you have behaved more wickedly than your ancestors.(C) See how all of you are following the stubbornness of your evil hearts(D) instead of obeying me. 13 So I will throw you out of this land(E) into a land neither you nor your ancestors have known,(F) and there you will serve other gods(G) day and night, for I will show you no favor.’(H)
