⁶ And you, ^(A)Pashhur, and all who live in your house will go into captivity; and you will enter Babylon, and there you will die and there you will be buried, you and all your ^(B)friends to whom you have ^(C)falsely prophesied.’”

³¹ “Send word to ^(A)all the exiles, saying, ‘This is what the Lord says concerning ^(B)Shemaiah the Nehelamite: “Because Shemaiah has ^(C)prophesied to you, although I did not send him, and he has ^(D)made you trust in a lie,”

² “Son of man, prophesy against the ^(A)prophets of Israel who prophesy, and say to those who prophesy from their own ^[a]inspiration, ‘^(B)Listen to the word of the Lord! ³ This is what the Lord ^[b]God says: “Woe to the ^(C)foolish prophets who are following their own spirit and have ^(D)seen nothing!

²² Because you ^(A)disheartened the righteous with falsehood when I did not cause him pain, but you have ^[a](B)encouraged the wicked not to ^(C)turn from his wicked way to keep him alive,
