Jeremiah 22:25-27
New Living Translation

25 I will hand you over to those who seek to kill you, those you so desperately fear—to King Nebuchadnezzar[a] of Babylon and the mighty Babylonian[b] army. 26 I will expel you and your mother from this land, and you will die in a foreign country, not in your native land. 27 You will never again return to the land you yearn for.

25 I will deliver(A) you into the hands of those who want to kill you, those you fear—Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and the Babylonians.[a] 26 I will hurl(B) you and the mother(C) who gave you birth into another country, where neither of you was born, and there you both will die. 27 You will never come back to the land you long to return(D) to.”
