Jeremiah 23:15-17
1599 Geneva Bible
15 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets, Behold, I will feed them with [a]wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is [b]wickedness gone forth into all the land.
16 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Hear not the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you, and teach you vanity: they speak the vision of their own [c]heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord.
17 They say still unto them that despise me, The Lord hath said, Ye [d]shall have peace: and they say unto everyone that walketh after the stubbornness of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

Jeremiah 23:15-17
New International Version
15 Therefore this is what the Lord Almighty says concerning the prophets:
“I will make them eat bitter food
and drink poisoned water,(A)
because from the prophets of Jerusalem
ungodliness(B) has spread throughout the land.”
16 This is what the Lord Almighty says:
“Do not listen(C) to what the prophets are prophesying to you;
they fill you with false hopes.
They speak visions(D) from their own minds,
not from the mouth(E) of the Lord.
17 They keep saying(F) to those who despise me,
‘The Lord says: You will have peace.’(G)
And to all who follow the stubbornness(H) of their hearts
they say, ‘No harm(I) will come to you.’
