²⁵ I have heard what the prophets say who prophesy lies in my name. “I have had a dream,” they cry out. “I have had a dream.” ²⁶ How much longer must we endure prophets who prophesy lies and proclaim their own delusions? ²⁷ By means of the dreams that they relate to one another, they believe that they will make my people forget my name, just as their fathers forgot my name and replaced it with Baal.
