Jeremiah 28:9-11

9 So the prophet who says that we will have peace must be tested. People can know that he really was sent by the Lord only if his message comes true.”
10 Jeremiah was wearing a yoke around his neck. The prophet Hananiah took the yoke from Jeremiah’s neck and broke it. 11 Then Hananiah spoke loudly so that all the people could hear him. He said, “This is what the Lord says: ‘In the same way, I will break the yoke of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. He put that yoke on all the nations of the world, but I will break it before two years are over.’”
After Hananiah said that, Jeremiah left the Temple.

New International Version
9 But the prophet who prophesies peace will be recognized as one truly sent by the Lord only if his prediction comes true.(A)”
10 Then the prophet Hananiah took the yoke(B) off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah and broke it, 11 and he said(C) before all the people, “This is what the Lord says: ‘In the same way I will break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon off the neck of all the nations within two years.’” At this, the prophet Jeremiah went on his way.
