²³ This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says: “Once again they will speak this word in the land of Judah and in its cities when I ^(A)restore their fortunes,

⁷ And I will ^(A)restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel, and will ^(B)rebuild them as they were at first.

¹¹ the voice of ^(A)joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the groom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who say,

as they bring a ^(C)thanksgiving offering into the house of the Lord. For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were at first,’ says the Lord.

²⁶ then I would ^(A)reject the ^[a]descendants of Jacob and David My servant, so as not to take from his ^[b]descendants ^(B)rulers over the ^[c]descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But I will ^(C)restore their fortunes and have ^(D)mercy on them.’”
