Jeremiah 31:30-32

30 But (A)everyone will die for his own iniquity; each man who eats the sour grapes, his teeth will be [a]set on edge.
31 “(B)Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a (C)new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 32 not like the (D)covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I (E)took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My (F)covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord.

30 Instead, everyone will die for their own sin;(A) whoever eats sour grapes—their own teeth will be set on edge.
31 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,
“when I will make a new covenant(B)
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
32 It will not be like the covenant(C)
I made with their ancestors(D)
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,(E)
because they broke my covenant,
though I was a husband(F) to[a] them,[b]”
declares the Lord.
